Customers can pay in cash at check-in.
E 'preferred booking confirmation with sending bank, 30% of the amount. IBAN code necessary for the transfer will be notified via e-mail, after previous agreements for e-mail or telephone.
CONDITIONS
• The prices listed next, are for stays from Saturday to Saturday. To stay weekly rates are not to be requested.
• Arrival: the handover to take place Saturday from 16 to 18 hours.
• OUT: the apartment must be vacated and cleaned on Saturday no later than 10 hours.
• SECURITY: The customer will pay a security deposit € 200.00 on arrival. This deposit is fully refunded on return of the apartment except for any damages assessed by the management.

Bassa stagione: dicembre, gennaio, febbraio, marzo 180 euro a settimana
